Heartbreaking Note: “Mom and Dad Divorced. Please Adopt My Dog”

What would you do if you found a cute little dog on your front yard that wouldn’t go away?

That’s what happened to Paul Wu from Kirkland, Washington.

Except, it wasn’t a usual case of stray dog wandering into someone’s yard.

Meet Mr.B.

When Paul found Mr.B, Mr.B would not “scram”.

On top of that, Mr.B. had a plastic case attached to his beck.

In it?

Some money and a note, that reads:

Please take care of Mr. B.

He is a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Six years old.

My parents got divorced and Mr. B was supposed to go to the pound.

I think he has a better chance with you.

This is my birthday money for any of his care.

He is used to kids, not other dogs. He’s a good boy.

I know God will take care of Mr. B – Everyone loves him…especially me.

Thank you.

When Paul took Mr.B to work, Paul’s coworker Robert Kuchcinski was willing to help.

Robert took Mr.B. into his home.

I’d hate to be a kid making that choice.

It didn’t seem right that it would go to the pound.

Hopefully they’re happy with the dog having a good home.

And things are fine with them too.

And for Mr.B?

Mr.B has some dry skin, and plugged ears, but overall in good health.

A happy ending to a heartbreaking story.
